On Sunday, April 8, we lost our friend and senior instructor, Kevin Traughber. We are deeply saddened by this loss. Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with Kevin's wife, daughters, brother and sister.

Kevin was one of the creators of the academy. Without his support and guidance over the years, we would not
be where we are today. His presence will be greatly missed by everyone.

Kevin’s amazing strength earned him the nickname “Viking” around the academy. We are selling t-shirts in Kevin’s memory and 100% of the proceeds will go to a college fund for Kevin’s two daughters. Royce Gracie Seminar at Three Rivers

We were fortunate to have Royce visit Three Rivers for his annual seminar on Saturday, April 28. Thanks to Royce and our students for another great seminar! We had a fun day, and appreciate the support from our students and visitors who always make sure our seminars are

Kids' Kickboxing Class

This new class began March 1 and is off to a great start! It meets every Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00 pm with instructor Brad Lynn and Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with instructor Eli Knight. Kids’ Kickboxing is for ages 5 to 14. Equipment packages are available in the pro-shop. Enrollment is open and we would love to see you in class!

Royce Gracie Seminar

On September 18, we were fortunate to have Royce return to Paducah for a second seminar this year. There were seven instructors promoted to black belt! Several others received promotions as well!
