A Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Network and affiliate of the Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts, we provide a unique combination of arts that is unrivaled in the western Kentucky area. We have training for all ages, skill, and fitness levels through classes that are functional, accredited, and diverse.

We're located inside Energy Fitness at the Livingwell Centre in Paducah. Being a member of Three Rivers entitles you to a discounted membership at Energy Fitness, and vice versa!

On September 18, we were fortunate to have Royce return to Paducah for a second seminar this year. There were seven instructors promoted to black belt! Several others received promotions as well!
